Chat Window
We added a neat feature to our site. On our home page, we have a live chat window. If you see the phrase "Leave a messsage", it means we are not online but you can still type in the window and we will receive the message. If you see "Online" it means we are ready to chat. I hope you get to use this feature!

What do you think about solvent ink prints?
Do you believe they are true giclees? Sorry, but we are staying with the high end of the market, with high grade art papers and premium art canvas. If you want a picture of Fido to hang on the wall we are not your company. But if you want the best possible prints made and sell them at the right price then, yes, give us a call!
New Epson canvas for giclee
We are pleased (and a little disappointed that Fredrix has only chosen one vendor to sell its products. That is monopoly in my opinion. We have many customers on that canvas and now we have to hike prices because the vendor has higher prices. The good news is that Epson has a new giclee canvas with a better gamut. After all Fredrix has not changed coating in a decade and its technology is oudated, Nonetheless it was a sturdy canvas with subltle gradation. Well, I wish Epson beats Frederix in color and texture so we are not tied to one vendor. The high end giclee market demands the highest quality and Epson has delivered it with some notavkle exceptions.

New Upload page
Folks, we have completely rebuilt the code of the upload page; it is more reliable and it disregards files that are improperly named, such as files with spaces. In the past a file with a space would have errored out; now it does not.

We are back
Giclee or inkjet? I hear this question often and my answer is always the same: A giclee is an inkjet print but an inkjet print is not a giclee. Why? First of all only professional grade machines are used for giclee. Do not expect to get a giclee out of a $100 machine. The materials used for giclee are all acid free, archival papers. And most important, the people factor. You need an experienced person in digital imaging, as well someone with an artistic attitude, to make giclees. We are back in a new facility ready to print with a more streamlined approach.
